LIFEWORx Medical Fitness Program

The LIFEWORx Cardiac Rehabilitation Program has been expanded to serve a more diverse population of individuals including those with diabetes, obesity, cancer, orthopedic issues, and women's health issues.  A physician referral is required to join the program and can be obtained by contacting the Wellness Center.
