Veterans Center

Welcome to Towson University! There are many resources available for veterans at Towson, and we've collected them in one place to make them easier to find. You have served us, and so now we want to serve you.
You can learn about admissions, scholarships and other financial aid, counseling and disability support services, academic advising and—not to be forgotten—student activities. Towson has more than 100 student clubs and organizations—including one for veterans.
Towson's Coodinator of Veterans Servives
Patrick Young, a Marine combat veteran, can be reached at 410-704-2991, pyoung@towson.edu. His office is in Psychology Building, room 107, the Veterans Center. He can assist student veterans with the transition to Towson University and with issues or concerns they may have.
Towson University Student Veterans Group
All students who are veterans of the military are welcome to join the Student Veterans Group. The group sponsors speakers of interest to veterans, collects goods from the campus to ship to deployed troops, sponsors other community service activities, and allows veterans to come together in a risk-free environment.
