Immerse yourself in the Australian culture while studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. The University has about 4,000 students and is ideal if you want a campus

The USC campus borders the Mooloolah River National Park, and is home to wild kangaroos, native birds, frogs and other Australian wildlife. The campus is a 10-minute drive from the beach and is close to hinterland and rainforest areas. Click here to check out USC's YouTube channel.
The Sunshine Coast is in south-east Queensland just north of Queensland’s capital city Brisbane. It is home to over 305,000 and is one Australia’s most popular vacation destinations, with beautiful beaches, rivers and mountain ranges. It has a pleasant, subtropical climate, which is comfortable all year round. Flights run daily from Brisbane to Sydney and cost approximately $50 roundtrip.

Students choose from a wide range of courses in Arts
and Social Sciences, Business, and Science, Health and Education. Internships are also available in a variety of disciplines. Many courses offer insights into Australian society from historical, political, environmental, geographical, business, scientific, social and literary perspectives. There is also a wide range of courses with a more global perspective.

Housing Options: Students can choose from on-campus apartment style accommodation, off-campus housing or family homestay. Accommodation is at the individual student's choice and expense and is not included in the program fee. USC will assist students with finding and booking accommodation. Airport transfer is available between Brisbane airport and your Sunshine Coast accommodation for an additional fee.
Costs:*
Fall or Spring: $7,300 includes tuition (16 credits), health insurance, on-site orientation, activities program, welcome and farewell dinners. Additional costs include passport and visa costs, airfare, round trip airport transfers from Brisbane airport, accommodation and accommodation placement fee, living expenses, $300 study abroad fee. Optional activities and excursions are also available for an additional fee.
*The Towson University Study Abroad Office reserves the right to make any necessary changes including adjustments in cost in the event that unforeseen circumstances arise.

Application Process: Must be a full-time undergraduate degree-seeking student with an overall GPA of 2.5.
To apply, submit the TU Sunshine Coast Application Form (PDF) to the TU Study Abroad Office. Non-TU students must also submit a completed Non-Degree Enrollment Application (PDF) .
