TU Faculty, Staff, and Academic Advisors
Faculty and staff at TU are an integral part in the lives of study abroad students. The Study Abroad Office wants to provide faculty and staff with useful resources and information to aid them in working with this student population.

Faculty-Led Programs
The facaulty-led program proposal submission deadline for 2009 has now passed. Proposals for 2010 are due by March 15, 2009. Click here for more information including proposal guidelines and forms.
Academic Advising for Study Abroad
Assessing the academic merits of courses taught within study abroad programs is a task borne by the appropriate faculty at Towson University, not the Study Abroad Office. In addition, students rely on their academic advisors to make sure they stay on track for graduation and complete courses overseas appropriate to their academic career. To assist faculty and academic advisors in these tasks, the Study Abroad Office has developed this set of guidelines.
Study Abroad Course Equivalency Database
This database is designed as a guide for department chairs and academic advisors. All students are required to complete a Study Abroad Course Form with the relevant TU academic departments for official approval of all courses to be taken abroad.
