Study Abroad

TU Down Under

The TU Down Under Program (administered by Australearn) offers semester and academic year study abroad options in Australia and New Zealand at an affordable price. You will be directly enrolled as a visiting undergraduate student at the university in Australia or New Zealand and have full access to all regular university services and facilities. This allows you to really get involved in the campus community and culture by participating in university activities with Australian students and other international students.

A study abroad experience in Australia or New Zealand will be unforgettable! Australia is a big place full of opportunities for adventure and no matter what the time of year, somewhere in Australia the weather is warm and wonderful. With natural wonders and sophisticated cities, Australia has something for everyone. New Zealand is a land of breathtaking scenery - home to glacial mountains and fast-flowing rivers, deep, clear lakes and long deserted beaches. The people of New Zealand have a reputation for friendliness, strength and independence and a love of the great outdoors.

Studying in this part of the world is also cost-effective. The cost of living in Australia and New Zealand compares favorably with destinations in Europe and Asia and the exchange rate helps too. And, don’t forget - everyone speaks English, so you will feel right at home.
