Greek Life currently represents approximately 7% of the total undergraduate student population with more than 1,000 active members. The university employs one full-time Coordinator for Greek Life and a part-time Greek Life Graduate Assistant to oversee the community. The Coordinator is the primary adviser for Greek Life's four Governing Councils (fraternity and sorority governing bodies) as well as the 29 individual chapters that fall into said umbrella organizations. The Greek Life staff manages fraternity and sorority recruitment and intake processes, and facilitates a variety of leadership and educational programs for fraternity and sorority members. Greek Life regularly partners with other university departments such as Athletics, the Counseling Center, Campus Recreation Services, and the Career Center, putting on programs designed to enhance the co-curricular experience for fraternity men and sorority women at TU.
