Off-Campus Housing List

What is it?
The Office of Student Activities offers a free off-campus housing service for students seeking a place to live and for landlords with housing available. Towson University does not screen, qualify, verify or otherwise accept responsibility for listings provided through this free service. We also reserve the right not to post items submitted that we conclude are misleading to students.

How does it work?
Using the off-campus housing list is quick and easy. The list is available online, by coming in to the office or by visiting the Commuter Information Area on the first floor of the University Union.  Review the list and write down the names and phone numbers of the persons you want to call. The board has two types of listings: Housing Available and Housing Wanted. If you are unable to come to the office or unable to access the information via this website, you may request that our information is mailed to you.

To use the listing, simply fill out the appropriate form. Housing Available Forms (Yellow) are used for people currently seeking to fill vacancies and Housing Wanted Forms (Orange) are used for people currently looking for a place to live. Completed forms may be mailed, brought in person to the office or deposited into the box on the first floor and the information will be posted as soon as possible. If you are not able to come to campus to pick up a card an online, interactive form is provided below:

All persons using this service must agree not to discriminate against any individual on the basis of gender, age, sexual orientation, culture, race, veteran status or disability.

If you rent the space you have available or find the housing you needed, please call or email the Office of Student Activities, 410-704-3307, to have your name or property removed from the listing. Calls made after 5 p.m. may be left on the office voice mail. Your listing will not immediately be removed, so your patience is appreciated if you receive calls in the meantime. As long as space permits, your listing will be included for 30 days. If you wish to have your posting continued for another 30 days, please contact the office to request additional time. Please note the listing expiration date for each listing. We reserve the right not to post information that is incomplete and/or misleading.
