Roll the putty into a ball, heating it and making it more malleable.
Now apply the nose putty to the nose in small pieces. Smooth it out using Mineral Oil, like Ben Nye's Quick Cleanse, Hair Gel or KY Jelly. The smoothing will take the longest, so be patient.
