Diploma & transcript

Diploma

The Towson University diploma measures 11 inches by 14 inches. It will list your name, degree and major. Please note: Completed minors, tracks and concentrations will appear on your transcript, not on the diploma. The diploma will list Latin Honors for qualifying students.

The diploma is not presented at the Commencement ceremony. Diplomas are mailed after the final evaluation of each student's record takes place.  Students with financial or judicial holds will not receive diplomas until the matter is resolved.

Transcript

Class standing for the top 10, 20, and 25th percentile of the entire graduating class is automatically posted to transcripts at graduation.  It will appear approximately 2 months after the graduating term ends.
