Service Indicators
Some service indicators placed on students accounts may prevent registration. Several are listed below:
- Incomplete medical records, contact the Health Center at 410-704-2466.
- Advising is now mandatory.
These holds can only be lifted by the Academic Advising Center. Contact the Academic Advising Center at 410-704-2472.
- Outstanding financial obligations, contact the Bursar's Office at 410-704-2100.
You can check for hold flags (service indicators) by logging onto Towson Online Services before registration.
- Click on Self Service
- Click on Student Center
- Hold flags can be viewed at the top right of the page.
- If a service indicator is listed, click the link for contact information and instructions.
- If there is no service indicator listed and the system is stating that you have a hold on your account, contact the Office of the Registrar at 410-704-2701.
