Biography

As a Research Economist for RESI's Applied Economics division, Thomas Rumeau has contributed to various projects, including analyzing the effects of green initiatives and best practices on the Maryland industrial workforce for the Maryland Department of the Environment. Mr. Rumeau has also conducted extensive research for various studies and impact analyses for clients such as Baltimore County and the Maryland Film Industry Coalition.
