Kenneth C. Juengling, ESRI Authorized Instructor

Kenneth Juengling is an ESRI-Authorized Instructor who has a strong technical background and over 18 years of experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems. He is also the President of Geospatial Training and Consulting, Inc. Prior to joining GTC, Mr. Juengling was the ESRI Northwest Training Program Manager, where, during his six years at this position, he acquired abundant experience in teaching the concepts and practices of ArcGIS.

Ryan Baxter, PASDA

Mr. Baxter earned a B.A. in geography and environmental sciences from Northwestern University and an M.S. in geography from The Pennsylvania State University. He is currently on the research faculty at The Pennsylvania State University, where he is the Information Technology Coordinator for the Pennsylvania's spatial data access clearinghouse (PASDA). His work and research include large-scale GIS database development and Internet GIS application development.

Kenny Wilkerson, GISEDGE, Inc.

President of GISEDGE, Inc., has over fifteen years experience involving project and resource management, planning and scheduling in a progressive GIS environment. Ken spent six years as a technical project manager and instructor for Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI). Special assignments with ESRI included a ten week Rent-A-Tech project with the Government of Venezuela. Ken has also conducted training classes throughout the United States and in several foreign countries including China and Japan. Honored by ESRI as one of the highest rated authorized instructors.
