About the Keynote Speaker
Mark F. Hubbard began his public safety career in 1981 and presently serves as an Assistant Fire Chief for the Baltimore County Fire Department and Director of the Baltimore County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
Mark also serves as an Affiliate Professor for Loyola University in Maryland where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the Sellinger School of Business, and at The University of Maryland, University College where he teaches and designs courses for the Fire Service Administration, Emergency Management, and Homeland Security programs.
