Towson University is proud to host the Edward V. Badolato Distinguished Speaker Series in Homeland Security, endowed by the late Colonel Edward V. Badolato, USMC (Ret.).

Join us on April 20, 2012 in Towson University's College of Liberal Arts Building for the Distinguished Speakers Series' latest FREE event: "On the Ground Perspective: Directing Emergency Management for Baltimore County." The event will be held in room 4110.

About the Keynote Speaker

Mark F. Hubbard began his public safety career in 1981 and presently serves as an Assistant Fire Chief for the Baltimore County Fire Department and Director of the Baltimore County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. Mark also serves as an Affiliate Professor for Loyola University in Maryland where he teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in the Sellinger School of Business, and at The University of Maryland, University College where he teaches and designs courses for the Fire Service Administration, Emergency Management, and Homeland Security programs.
