Pre-Occupational Therapy

Prior to being considered for admission into the Combined BS/MS program in occupational therapy, you must fill out a supplemental application and complete a series of prerequisites. During this process, you are considered a "Pre-Occupational Therapy Major."

It is important to declare your major as " Pre-Occupational Therapy" when you enter Towson University so that you are assigned to the appropriate adviser. Your Pre-OT year is considered the first year of the five and-a half-year program. If you are accepted into the program, you will begin occupational therapy courses in the Fall semester of your second year.

Prerequisite Coursework
