Diversity Resources

Diversity at Towson University is defined as recognizing and valuing the variety of backgrounds, perspectives and beliefs held by members of the campus community. Our diversity tenets include: age, color, gender identity and expression, mental/physical ability, national origin, race/ethnicity, sex, and sexual orientation.

Programs are offered to foster an inclusive campus environment, facilitate recruitment of students from underserved populations, promote the success of all students, support recruitment of faculty and staff from groups which have previously been underrepresented in higher education, and encourage multicultural learning for all students, faculty and staff.
