Archival Conservation and Digitization Project

Project Objective:

          The Paul Hawkins Gantt Nuremberg papers' archival conservation and digitization team, led by faculty adviser, Nicole Dombrowski Risser, Ph.D. and managed by Digitization Director and Web-Site Designer, Towson University M.S. graduate student, Lisa Hammond, is in the process of bringing to web-researchers, students and a broad public, the forty-eight volumes currently held in the Towson University Archive.

          This innovative on-line archival project is supported by the Towson University Provost's office. The conservation efforts, cataloguing and digitization work is performed by undergraduate history students training for careers in archival management, public history and history education.
