EDUC 734:
Teacher Inquiry Institute
Classroom
inquiry allows teachers to view their own classrooms as places of
inquiry and interest. Since 1984, the Maryland Writing Project has
conducted Inquiry Institutes to support teachers, kindergarten through
university, across the grade levels and disciplines, as they think
deeply about their teaching and about students' learning through
classroom inquiry. We invite you to join other educators in this
exciting professional development opportunity. The course
will last from December through
May. You may take the course for either MSDE or graduate credit.
This
will be a hybrid course. Some assignments will be done online through
Blackboard. Face-to-face sessions
will be held at Southern Maryland Higher Education Center only. We
invite you to join other educators in this exciting professional development
opportunity. Click here for a flyer
in Microsoft Word format.
There will be 6 face-to-face sessions that will meet
one or two Saturdays per month, December to
May.
