We spoke for the duration of the meeting about the renovation and building project. Student comments centered on the carrying of large instruments, the fences and passageways, concerns about recruitment, and construction noise heard in the building. T. Ewell alerted the students to information about the project on the departmental web site. We discussed future meeting times. It was not possible to find a meeting time that all students could attend. T. Ewell reiterated that organizations should send another representative if the president of the organization cannot attend.
