MUED 670:001 Issues in Music Education (1.0 credit) (class number 5003) A program offered in cooperation with Towson University enables music teachers attending the Maryland Music Educators Conference to earn one graduate education credit during the week of the conference; February 28, 29, and March 1. You must be enrolled as a Towson graduate student in order to register for this class.  Advance registration must be completed prior to February 3, 2009, otherwise a late fee will occur.  On-site registration will be available at the MMEA Conference until 1:00 p.m. on February 28, 2009.

Course Requirements:
1. Attend fifteen hours of sessions.
2. Documented conference attendance.
3. A five to ten page paper to be submitted in April.

Registration Information
We encourage all students to make application to the Graduate School and to register well in advance of the course.
For New Students: You must have an Application for Graduate Study at Towson University form on file at the Graduate Office before registering. This can be completed by starting at the Graduate School link: http://grad.towson.edu/admission/index.asp 
For New and Continuing Students: With your TU PeopleSoft ID number, you may register for Spring 2009

  •  On-Line: Click here to take you to on-line registration.  This is the preferred option.  (If the on-line registration deadline has past, students will need to send hard copy registration information and payment to the Music Department.  See 'Last Option' below.)
  • In-person at the REGISTRARS Office between November 5 – February 3  
  • We must decide if the course will 'run' three weeks prior to the beginning of the class. Enrollment numbers drive that decision. PLEASE ENROLL EARLY.
