Project Evaluation The quality and effectiveness of the project will be determined via several measures: *evaluation of each summer school in inter-session activities by project participants * reviewing participants' work at the conclusion of the program (to be determined through questionnaires, focus groups and analysis of their work) *soliciting feedback from participants via the Internet, enabling project organizers to maintain a mentoring process throughout the year *input from participants on developing ongoing summer programs for year 2 and 3.
