Scholarships and Awards
There are several sources of scholarships and academic awards for students who are majors or minors in the Department of Mathematics.
There are a group of scholarships and awards that are awarded only by nomination of the Department of Mathematics faculty scholarship committee (students do not apply for any of these scholarships or awards). These are awarded to outstanding Juniors and Seniors and are listed here:
A second source is the Jess and Mildred Fisher College of Science which has two scholarships for entering Freshmen. These scholarships cover the cost of in-state tuition and fees are are renewable up to four years.
