transfer to-do list

The information below pertains to students entering fall 2009. Information for students entering spring 2010 will be available during November 2009.

Congratulations on your decision to attend Towson University. In order to make your transition to TU as smooth as possible, we have created the 2009 Transfer To-Do List with important information about the TU CARES program and tasks for you to complete before the start of classes in August.

TU CARES (Towson University Campus Advising and Registration for Entering Students) is a program designed to assist you with your transition to life at Towson. During the program you will receive information about academic requirements, meet with a faculty adviser from your academic college, and register for classes. You are required to attend TU CARES on the date that is listed in the 2009 Transfer To-Do List packet that was mailed to you. Check-in begins at 10 a.m. and the program begins at 11 a.m. The entire program will run until approximately 5 p.m.

If you have questions about your 2009 Transfer To-Do List or TU CARES program, please contact the appropriate office.  If you are unsure what department should assist you, please contact New Student Programs at 410-704-2309, e-mail newstudentprograms@towson.edu, or plan to arrive early on your TU CARES date when university representatives will be available to assist you.
