TU, Baltimore County to conduct emergency-preparedness drill
TOWSON, Md. (Nov. 4, 2009)—The Towson University Police Department will conduct an emergency-preparedness exercise on Sunday, Nov. 15, at TU's Administration Building, 7720 York Road.
Baltimore County Police and Fire Department personnel and vehicles will also take part in the exercise, which is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. and end around 1 p.m.
Police may temporarily close the eastbound lane of Cross Campus Drive, which runs alongside the Administration Building, to simulate an actual campus emergency.
Access to the Administration Building will be limited to exercise participants beginning Saturday, Nov. 14, at 6 p.m. until Sunday, Nov. 15, at approximately 5 p.m.
