As head of the Office of International Admissions, Jeff has been employed at Towson University for the past 26 years. He received his bachelor's degree from Towson University in mass communications, and his master's degree in public administration from the University of Baltimore. Over the years, Jeff has recruited extensively in western and northern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and West Africa.

Katherine joined International Admissions in October 2004 after working in a number of fields, including an orthodontic practice, a large international charity organization and an organic food and goods market. Katherine has first-hand experience as an international student, having lived in Ghana, Sierra Leone, Kenya, India and Thailand before the age of 12. She attends Towson University on a part-time basis studying English, with a concentration on writing.
