African & African American Studies' coursework provides training in the humanities and social sciences for a critical investigation of the people and societies of Africa and the African Diaspora. The minor offers the opportunity to customize coursework through a broad range of subjects - including anthropology, history, sociology, geography, music, literature, philosophy, psychology, political science, and art history.
