Financial Management Association
The Financial Management Association is focused on serving the global finance community and developing knowledge about financial decision making. Members have the opportunity to discuss news, issues, and concepts regarding financial practices through interaction with fellow students and faculty.
FMA Honor Society
The FMA National Honor Society is the only national honor society held specifically to recognize finance students. Founded in 1974 by FMA International, the FMA National Honor Society provides a way to recognize the best and brightest finance students for academic achievements.
Towson University Investment Group
Formerly known as the Wall Street Investors’
Investment Club, the Towson University Investment
Group actively manages an international equity fund
on the behalf of the Towson University Foundation,
Inc. The student-run organization offers
students an opportunity to apply classroom concepts
in a real-world investment management situation.
The International Markets Summit, an annual Golf
Tournament, and trips to cities around the world are
a few of the group’s signature activities that allow
students to gain more knowledge about the finance
field.
