Maintenance Request

• New Semester Code - if using an existing course for a semester in the future please select this option and complete the Semester of use with the new semester code.
• Archive Off Site - If you would like your course removed from Blackboard.
• Change Section # or Description - Select this option and then in the Special Requests filed type in your new Section # or Description.

Semester of Use - To update the section number on an existing course.

Course Type

• Fully Online - Requires no face-to-face meetings and all instruction is delivered electronically. No required on-campus transactions (registration, advising, payment, text book purchases, library activity, etc.), or on-campus lecture, lab, or class orientation meetings.
• Hybrid - Combines online and traditional classroom teaching and reduces the number of classes a student must attend on campus.
• Web Supported Courses - Includes online course materials but does not reduce the number of classes a student must attend.
