• Credit for Prior Learning
• Petition to Transfer New Coursework

EMF Forms

• If you are eligible to change from Pre-EMF to EMF major status,
  please use the EMF Declaration of Eligibility Application
• If you have taken a course at another school, that you believe is equivalent to an EMF course, please use the EMF Course Transfer form.
• If you would like to apply for an EMF scholarship, please use the EMF scholarship form.
