Center for Student Diversity
Graduate Diversity Grant Towson University is committed to enhancing the diversity of its graduate student body. Graduate Diversity Grants are designed to increase the access and success of culturally diverse and traditionally under-represented students. Grants are administered by the
Center for Student Diversity and awarded to students who experience financial need or have overcome some form of social or educational disadvantage.
Award Amount
The amount of money awarded for the Graduate Diversity Grant is based on the
availability of funds and number of courses for which you register. The grant is to be used for educational costs such as tuition, fees, books, supplies, and transportation. As part of the application process, an applicant must include an amount request. This request should reflect a reasonable appraisal of the applicant's projected costs for each semester. Grants are renewable as long as students complete a Renewal Application, meet with the assistant vice president, and maintain an acceptable academic standing of a 3.0 GPA or better each semester.
