Registration and Costs
Registering for Children's Dance Classes
Registration is currently open for Summer 2012, featuring programs for ages 4-18. Please visit our Summer Programs page for detailed information and registration forms.
Registration for Fall 2012 Children's Dance classes will open for current (Spring 2012) students on Saturday, May 19th at 8:30 a.m., in person only, in the Center for the Arts first floor lobby.
Registration will open for prospective new students on Saturday, May 26th at 8:30 a.m., in person only, in the Center for the Arts first floor lobby.
Mail-in registrations will be accepted any time after May 26, and online registration will open on Wednesday, May 30.
Payment and Refund Information
- Payment for classes must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made in the form of cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
- Payment Plans are available and must be approved by the TUCD administrative office.
- A refund is returned upon notifying the TUCD administrative office of discontinued participation within the first week of the registered class; thereafter no refunds are available. The $30 administrative fee is non-refundable.
- All missed classes must be completed during the current session in which the student is registered.

Discounts for Children's Dance
- Those who register for 3+ classes receive a 10% discount off full tuition
- TU Faculty/Staff receive a 10% discount off full tuition
- Discounts will not exceed a total of 20% per student tuition
- Discounts will not be applied to Junior Pre-Collegiate Youth Ensemble or Pre-Collegiate Youth Ensemble tuition
Share a Dance Class
Current TUCD Children's Dance students can receive a class voucher to share a free sample class with a friend. If the friend enrolls in the current semester classes, that student will receive a 5 percent discount for their next semester's registration
Try a Dance Class
New to dance? Try a free sample class in any genre within our Children's Dance program. Contact Candice Webster, Education Director, at cwebster@towson.edu.
Adult Classes (Drop-in)
All adult classes are offered on a drop-in basis. There is no pre-registration or registration fee required for adult classes. Payment can be made in the form of cash or personal checks. VISA, Mastercard or Discover for class card purchases. Payment for classes must be made at the beginning of each class. Discounts do not apply to drop-in or class card purchases.
