  • Please submit proposals by 9 a.m. on the Monday one week prior to the scheduled meeting, to ensure timely delivery to UCC members.
  • Proposals arriving after monthly meeting materials have been distributed will be added to the following month's agenda.
  • The UCC reviews proposals submitted on Form C, Form D and Form E.
  • Proposals submitted on Form A or Form B (New Course/Course Change) should be directed to the Chair of the Course Approval Reporting Committee.
