Summary of the year’s activities:
The Committee continued to review, change and approve new
undergraduate programs, and to coordinate the work of its
subcommittees.
a. Approved the double major,
Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology and Deaf Studies.
b. Approved changes in the Dance
Program to meet the MSDE mandate for reading credits.
c. Approved the addition of
courses to the Latin American Studies Track in the Interdisciplinary
Studies Program.
d. Approved the Minor in Molecular
Biology, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics.
e. Approved changes in the BS in
Music Education to comply with the MSDE manade for reading credits.
f. Approved a revision in music
minor.
g. Approved changes in the
Environmental Science concentration.
h. Approved a minor in Health Care
Management.
i. Approved a minor in Geographic
Information Science.
j. Approved the Departmental
Honors proposal in Geography.
k. Approved changes in the Dance
major program.
