Information for Guests
Arrival
Families, friends and
guests of participants should find seating while graduates go to their
designated assembly areas. Guests will not be permitted in the assembly
areas. There will be ample opportunity
after the ceremony for personal photographs.
Outside of the University Store tent flowers will be available for purchase. Please note that balloons will not be allowed in the arena.
The lobby and entrance to the Towson Center Arena will be closed 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for the processional. Once the graduates are seated and the Star Spangled Banner has been played you will be allowed to enter the arena at that time. PLEASE plan to arrive prior so as to not miss your graduate walking into the ceremony
Special Needs Seating
Towson University offers a special needs seating area for our guests. This area is limited to the person with special needs plus 1 guest with a maximum of 3 people per family. Interpreters are available in this area. This section is limited in seating so please be courteous to other guests.
First Aid
Towson University will provide a first aid station inside the arena in case of emergency.
Strollers
Towson University will provide a designate area for stroller parking inside the arena.
