Immunization Records
If you register for a course that will be held at Towson University or the College of Southern Maryland / Waldorf Center for Higher Education, you will need to submit immunization paperwork. You can obtain an immunization form online. Please contact Dowell Health Center at 410-704-2466 for additional information.
