The Towson Learning Network has a rich history of collaboration with Maryland's public school systems, government agencies, community colleges, and businesses. It is an essential part of Towson's mission as a metropolitan university.
Closed Contract Arrangements
Programs and classes are offered at reduced tuition and held at convenient locations off campus, throughout Maryland. Tuition for most programs and courses is billed directly to school systems with participants paying a closed contract fee.
Open Enrollment Courses at Off-Campus Centers
Eligible students who enroll in open enrollment courses pay regular tuition and reduced fees.
