Geography: Fourth and Fifth
Students will
use geographic concepts and processes to examine the role of culture,
technology, and the environment in the location and distribution of human
activities and spatial connections throughout time.
Indicator # 4
Describe
similarities and differences of regions in Maryland and the United States and
describe how the regions have changed over time.
Students
prepare an oral presentation that describes the changes in their community over
time. They will learn how their own
experiences influences their views of region and place
