Certificate of Advanced Study in Reading (CAS)

The Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) in reading education is designed for students wishing to continue their education at the post-master's level. Participants will develop the advanced knowledge and leadership skills necessary for meeting the challenges of redesigning and restructuring education across the P-16 continuum. The 30 credit hour certificate is an outcome-based program that meets the standards outlined by the International Reading Association (IRA).

The CAS in Reading is aligned with the Ed.D. in Instructional Technology and has some of the requirements for the Administrator I certification.
