About the College

College Council

The College Council is the primary legislative and advisory body of the College of Health Professions. Two faculty representatives from each department and student representative serve on the council as voting members, plus the dean of the college, ex officio. The College Council functions through the elected officers, faculty representatives and two standing committees:

The composition and responsibilities of the Council and its committees are described in the College of Health Professions’ Constitution and By-laws. Information concerning governance of the college is located in the Office of the Dean. In addition to the two committees listed under College Council, there are the other committees that with the College Council, comprise the entire Governance of the College of Health Professions.
