Degree Progress Report

The Degree Progress Report is an easy-to-use tool that can assist you in assessing your progress towards meeting the requirements for graduation. It displays your completed courses, courses for which you are registered, and transferred coursework in an easy-to-understand format. The report contains a listing of your:

1.     Unofficial Transcript: A listing of all courses taken or transferred, arranged chronologically.

2.      Upper-Level Units: Upper-level units are or are equivalent to 300-level or above.

3.      Progress on each GenEd category: There are 14 different categories.

4.      Overall credits or units towards graduation: At least 120 units are required for graduation.

5.      Overall QPA: At least a 2.0 QPA is required for graduation.

6.      Major and Minor course evaluation: Courses evaluated for the completion of the major or minor .

The Degree Progress Report does not replace advising. Advisers enhance the advising process by providing timely information about academic programs. Your report tracks course and degree requirement completion so that your adviser can spend more time helping you plan to meet your academic goals. Remember to bring your Degree Progress Report and a completed advising form when you meet with your adviser. If you have a requirement remaining or a course that doesn't apply to the correct requirement, please tell your adviser.
