I am interested in the e-Business Major (EBUS) - What steps do I take next?

1. Go to TU online services and submit a change of major form. (TU Login required)
   http://www.towson.edu/registrar/changingmajor.asp
2. Once the above step has been completed, you will be assigned an advisor within the e-Business & Technology Management Department within a week or so. It is strongly suggested that you print out a new advising form for your catalog year available at http://wwwnew.towson.edu/cbe/student_resources/advising/forms.asp and schedule a meeting with your new advisor to go over your class schedule.

3. When you do the earlier steps, your major will appear as PEBU - Pre-e-Business. Once you have completed the lower level six courses and satisfactorily completed the Computer Proficiency Exam (CPE), you will have to apply for admission into the e-Business Major. The application form can be found at http://www.towson.edu/cbe/Files/advising/Admission_Application_EBUS.pdf. Complete this form and submit it to the Office of Student Academic Services in Stephens Hall 301. One has to be an admitted e-Business Major to be able to take the upper level courses.

• The above steps need to be taken for the following combined majors also:
  • Combined Computer Information Systems (CIS) and e-Business Major (XCIEB).
  • Combined e-Business & Business Administration (Marketing) major (XEBBA).
