All proceeds raised from breakfasts and Bingo Night will be donated to the St. Joseph Medical Center Village Wellness Project.

Help the Maryland Food Bank prepare for the holidays
Volunteer for two or three hours
The Maryland Food Bank is looking for volunteers to assist staff at the Food Bank's warehouse. Volunteers will sort and pack donated food and products for distribution to network providers that feed thousands of hungry Marylanders. Volunteers are asked to sign-up for two to three-hour increments.

The timeframe that volunteers are needed include anytime during the following:
Monday–Friday: 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to noon
Wednesday: 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Select dates are available between Oct. 16 to Dec. 17. For more information about volunteering, contact Laleh Malek, CBE director of professional experience, at Lmalek@towson.edu.
Donate canned food during the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive
Did you know that more than 50,000 people rely on soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters and other food programs to avoid going hungry? Monday, Nov. 3–Friday, Nov. 14, CBE will collect canned food to help the Maryland Food Bank provide meals for families in need.
Collection boxes will be available in all CBE department offices and outside of ST 301.
Items most needed:
- Peanut Butter
- Macaroni & Cheese
- Tuna Fish
- Powdered Milk
- Canned Fruit
- Soup
- Sauces
- Pudding and Custards
- Oatmeal
- Rice
- Pasta
- Nuts
The CBE department that raises the most food will nominate a student to shadow CBE Dean Shohreh Kaynama for a day.
