Recipe of the Week!
 Lime Sauced Chicken

Nutritional Information (serves 4):

Calories: 190
Fat: 2 grams
Carbohydrates: 8 grams
Protein: 33 grams

 Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb total)
3/4 cup apple juice
Juice from 1 lime
2 teaspoons cornstarch
  1 chicken flavor bouillon cube

  Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.  Heat over medium heat.  Cook chicken
  8-10 minutes, or until no longer pink in center.  Remove from heat and keep warm.

 Combine apple juice, lime juice, cornstarch and bouillon in a small bowl.  Add to skillet.   
 Cook, stirring occasionally, until thick.  Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.

 An easy to make dish with a delicious sauce!
