Recipe of the Week!
Sensibly Delicious Hot Cocoa

Nutritional Information (serves 4):

Calories: 150
Fat: 0 grams
Carbohydrates: 28 grams
Fiber: 1 gram
Protein: 9 grams

 Ingredients:
1/4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking*
1/3 cup baking cocoa
4 cups skim milk, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
  Whipped cream or mini marshmallows, optional 

*note: 1/2 cup Splenda no-calorie granular sweetener can be substituted for Splenda  
  Sugar Blend.

  Combine Splenda and baking cocoa in medium saucepan; stir.  Gradually stir in 1/3 cup
  milk to make a paste; add remaining milk.

 Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot (do not boil).  Remove from heat and 
 stir in   vanilla extract.  Top with whipped cream or marshmallows, if desired, before 
 serving. 

 Enjoy this sweet, calcium-rich treat during the cold winter months!
