Recipe of the Week!
Slice carrots lengthwise and quarter into 3-inch
pieces. Place in a saucepan and barely Add honey and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until carrots are tender. Increase heat and boil off excess water.
Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in butter. Transfer
to a warm serving This quick and easy recipe makes a perfect side dish!
