Do you want assistance reaching your fitness goals? No matter what they are, CRS Personal Training staff can help you achieve them. Personal Training is available to
students, faculty and staff. Personal Trainers will create individualized programs designed to improve your overall fitness and assist you on your way to a healthier
lifestyle. Personal Training packages are available in 1, 3, 5, 10, or 15 session packages.

**Prices effective 8/27/07.  A maximum of 10 sessions may be used per semester.   Unused sessions are valid for one year from time of  purchase.


How to register for personal training:
1. Download the personal training packet online or pick one up in Burdick Hall, Room 151.
2. Pay at the University Union Ticket Office and staple the original receipt to your registration packet (Please keep a copy for yourself).
3. Return the completed packet to Burdick Hall, Room 151.
4. Once received, we will contact you to set up a session with a personal trainer based on mutual availability.

Fitness Assessment
A Personal Trainer will conduct a TriFIT computerized fitness assessment to measure
your muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and
body composition. An assessment serves as a basis for comparison as you progress with
a fitness program.  
                                                                     

Fitness Orientation
Don’t know where to begin? This session will provide a thorough orientation to the
strength and cardiovascular machines in the C.R.i.B. A Personal Trainer will also teach
you the proper technique for using the machines for a safe and effective workout.

Introductory Package
This package includes a fitness assessment, fitness orientation, and one workout session. Your Personal Trainer will discuss your fitness assessment results with you and create a workout program that fits your personal needs.
