Outdoor Trips
Adventure Pursuits' outdoor trips focus on the core of adventure–fun. If you want to have fun, play outside and meet other adventurous people, our trips are for you!

How to Register:
1. Fill out a Trip Registration Form (Forms are also available in Burdick Hall, Room 151 from 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Burdick Hall, Room 122 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.)
2. Complete the "Trip Registration" form and return it with payment receipt* to Burdick Hall, Room 151, Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or the Outdoor Trip Center (OTC), Room 122, Monday-Thursday 6:00-9:00 p.m. and Friday 12:00-3:00 p.m.

*Payments for trips can be made at the ticket office, 1st floor of the union. (Payments will not be accepted at the Outdoor Trip Center).

*Participants are required to attend a mandatory pre-trip meeting that will be scheduled the week before the trip.
 
Refunds:
1. If Adventure Pursuits cancels a trip due to weather, lack of participation, or any other circumstances the participants have one week from the trip date to receive a full refund.
2. If a participant cancels registration, no refund will be given.

January 2 - 9, 2010 - Winter Break Ski Trip to Quebec City, Canada (Quad $650/Triple $730/Double $830)

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due by Nov. 20, 2009. Final Payment due by Dec.11, 2009

Join students from Rowan University, American University, George Washington University, George Mason University, Georgetown University, UMBC & the University of Delaware as we explore the oldest city in North America while staying at the Loews Le Concorde. March 13-19, 2010 - Spring Break Backpacking - Grand Canyon $400

Register by: October 30, 2009 - TRIP IS FULL!!!!!
Ever wanted to go see the Grand Canyon, well here is your chance. We will be heading to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon over spring break to spend a week sightseeing, hiking and backpacking into the canyon. We will be backpacking into the canyon all the way to the famous Phantom Ranch on the Colorado River and back to the top over 3 to 4 days. Along the way you will step back into time where geologists say that with each step you take, you travel 10,000 years into the past.  So come with us and see one of the 8 wonders of the world.  It will take your breath away!  Cost includes equipment, permits, fees and ground transportation.  Airfare will be extra.
