Assessment and Strategic Plan
Institutional Assessment starts with Towson's strategic plan, Towson 2010. This plan is guided by five strategic themes: Enrollment Management, Growth, and Mix; Student Experience and Success; Partnerships Philosophy; Resources for Success; and Telling and Selling the Story. A series of milestone points measure the accomplishment of these initiatives and division, program, and unit assessment plans connect to these themes and to the initiatives identified as supporting these themes. An overall Institutional Assessment Plan is the primary vehicle for linking the guiding principles of Towson 2010 with the measurement of outcomes occurring at the programmatic level.
