Audiology Services

 
  Audiology students and clinical staff fit and dispense hearing aids and manage hearing aid checkups and repairs.

The Speech, Language and Hearing Center provides a range of options for audiology services. Children and adults can be evaluated at the Center, or receive individual treatment. The following audiology services are available.

  • Hearing Evaluation
  • Hearing Aid Evaluation and Fitting
  • Auditory Processing Assessment and Treatment
  • Assistive Listening Devices
  • Auditory Brainstem Response Assessment (ABR)
  • Tinnitus Assessment and Treatment (ringing or buzzing in the ears)
  • Assessment of Work-Related Hearing Loss
  • Customized Hearing Protection and Swim Plugs
  • Community Education Programs

Speech, Language and Hearing Screenings

Screening programs are provided for area preschools, parent groups, senior centers, community events, and other organizations. Contact the Center for more information.
