How to get your jobs printed:

  • Your job must be saved as a .jpeg .psd or .pdf. No other types of files will be printed.
  • The icon you want to open is titled “Printing” and is located on the desktop. If it is not there, use: Finder > Go > Connect to Server. Enter artserv4/Printing.
  • Drop your job into the specified folder according to print size and paper type. Label the file with your last name, for example, "Smith_design.jpg"
  • Jobs will only be printed when you show up at the posted hours with your print card in hand (see information below on obtaining print cards).
  • If you are printing a large job, see the lab monitor first.
  • Please allow time for your job to be printed. Don’t wait until 5 minutes before your class—there is the possibility of people being in line before you.

Print Cards
Printing may be purchased with a print card in your name. Print cards should be purchased in advance from Leslie Varga in the art office on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10-2 p.m., or at the Print Center on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11-3 p.m.

Print Center Rules
Please Note: The Print Center is not responsible for calibrating the colors on all of the computers, and is therefore not liable for minor color differences from the screen to the print. Test prints can be made to check color at half the cost of a full print.
