How to Recruit (Exempt or Non-exempt)

1.  Contact OHR

2.  Complete Required documents

     a.  Requisition with Necessary Approvals (Forms Repository)

     b.  Position Description Form (Forms Repository)

     c.  Organization Chart

3.  Review and approve Job Posting created by OHR

4.  Refer to Recruitment Packet that will be sent to you by OHR; it has the step-by-step

     directions, guidelines, and required forms

     a.  Review applications

     b.  Prepare for interview

     c.  Contact OHR to schedule Typing Test for candidate(s) for Secretary,

          Administrative Assistant (I,II), or Executive Administrative Assistant (I,II,III)

     d.  Conduct interviews

     e.  Evaluate interviews

      f.  Complete reference checks

     g.  Make hiring decision

     h.  Write disposition code on all resumes and applications

      i.  Return the following documentation to OHR

           i.  Interview questions

          ii.  Notes from each interviewer

         iii.  Post-interview evaluations (Form in Recruitment Packet)

         iv.  Telephone reference checks (Form in Recruitment Packet)

          v.  Any other applicant documents

         vi.  Request for Offer of Employment Form (Form in Recruitment Packet)

5.  OHR will make the official offer and notify you of the results
